These are various forms that will need to be filled out by youth and their parents or guardians in order to participate in various youth events at Peace and elsewhere.

Seventh Day Registration

Seventh Day is the Va Synod annual overnight event for 5th and 6th graders! It is held at Eagle Eyrie Conference Center in Lynchburg Virginia, March 1 & 2, 2008. More than 300 of us youth and adults from congregations all around the Virginia Synod arrive there around noon on Saturday and stay until early afternoon Sunday. During that time, participants become part of a "Shepherd Group" where they meet other youth and together explore one of the great stories of the Bible through drama, games, craft and construction, and music. At night congregation groups stay in the Eagle Eyrie Cottages where they can relax and talk with each other about how the event is going!

Winter Celebration Registration

This VA Synod Youth Event is for 9th - 12th graders. It is a gathering of several hundred high schoolers for large group, small group, worship, and free time. It is a faith-forming weekend with a great opportunity to create and refresh friendships centered on our love of Christ. Peace Lutheran Youth will be attending the first weekend, January 25-27, 2008. Please return the registration form by December 2nd, along with a check for $80 made out to Peace Lutheran Church (the church will be covering the remaining balance for the registration fee). We hope to see you there!

Emergency Contact/Medical Form

All youth who participate in Peace Lutheran Youth Activities should have an Emergency Contact/Medical Form on file. This will assist leaders with contacting emergency contacts and provide accurate medical information about the youth if a need should arise. Please make sure parents/guardians have completed this form and send it with your youth before they participate.

Motor Vehicle Permission Form

All youth who participate in Peace Lutheran Youth off-site events should have a Motor Vehicle Permission Form on file. Please make sure parents/guardians have completed this form and send it with your youth before they depart for any event.
