ONLINE WORSHIP

While COVID-19 social distancing restrictions are in place, Pastor Chris will livestream worship each Sunday at 11:15 via zoom. Zoom invitations are sent in the weekly ezine and are linked via the buttons below. The full zoom invitations and tips on using zoom can be accessed here.

If you would like to participate in communion at home, have any bread or cracker and juice or wine nearby.

Videos of worship services are posted here as soon as possible.

We thank you for your patience. The church is in the midst of a technological overhaul.

weekly bible texts

Peace Lutheran uses the Revised Common Lectionary, a three-year cycle of readings. Currently we are in Year A. Year A focuses on the Gospel of Matthew. The semi-continuous Old Testament readings focus on major Genesis narratives, the covenant with Moses, and the establishment of Israel in the Promised Land. The second, New Testament, readings are from Romans, Philippians and 1 Thessalonians.

Weekly sermons are based on the readings for that Sunday (with a rare exception for a special Sunday). The sermon is the same at both worship services.

"We are called to love God, love one another, grow in Christ, and go in Christ."
