The Leadership Council directs overall strategies consistent with the Mission Statement, Vision and Core Values of this congregation. Membership includes the Pastor(s) and not more than six members of this congregation, called by this congregation from its voting membership, serving through election by this congregation, the Treasurer and Financial Secretary appointed by the Council from within its elected membership or from the membership of this congregation at large and the Director of Operations, if called by this congregation.

The Discipleship (Process) Team manages the programs and ministries of this congregation to conform to the Mission Statement. Membership includes the Senior Pastor, Ministry leaders, called and gifted, serving at the discretion of the Pastor, one elected member from the Leadership Council and one member from each of the Core Ministry Areas.

The Discernment (Servant/Leader Development) Team enables members of this congregation to discover their spiritual gifts and guides those with appropriate gifts and maturity in the process of discerning the call to leadership positions and to be servants. Membership includes the Senior Pastor, two elected members of the Leadership Council and two members-at-large appointed from this congregation's voting membership by the Leadership Council.
