leadership development

The Leadership Development Team will work along with the Pastor to provide for leadership training in the congregation, appoint ministry team leaders as needed, review the work of all paid and unpaid servants, and make staffing decisions. The Leadership Development Team shall function as the congregation's nominating committee and shall seek the names of qualified persons and place them in nomination for election by the Congregation.
