Yard Sale

Peace holds an annual yard sale in the summer. Proceeds from the sale are used for our Adopt-a-Family program at Christmas.

Peace Women's Retreat

Join the women of Peace for a weekend of prayer and fellowship. See a slideshow from the retreat this past April - On a Wing and a Prayer.

Synod Lutheran Men annual Mission Gathering

This is an excellent opportunity to rub shoulders with other active Lutheran men with opportunities for worship, study, fellowship and recreation.

Fall Festival

This event is held annually on a Sunday afternoon in September. There is musical entertainment as well as games and crafts for children. Families in the surrounding neighborhoods are invited and each member of Peace is encouraged to invite guests. It is a wonderful church-wide activity with 200 or more attending each year.

Halloween Party

This event provides the children in our congregation an opportunity to have fun in a safe and warm environment. A costume contest is often held, along with games and face painting. Refreshments are served.

Advent Workshop

This annual event provides an opportunity for both adults and children to focus on the advent season. Advent wreaths and other crafts are made following a potluck dinner.

Christmas Tea

Ladies of the congregation gather for an afternoon of tea, desserts and fellowship.

Shrove Tuesday Pancake Dinner

Men of the congregation cook and serve a pancake dinner at this annual celebration, prior to the start of Lent.

Lenten Soup & Bread Dinners

Members of the congregation gather each Wednesday night during Lent to share soup, bread and fruit prior to evening worship services.
